To grow rosemary at home, be sure the plant has good drainage. Rosemary likes to be moist, but hates sitting in water. Rosemary likes humidity and sun. Use this herb in pork, fish, chicken, and vegetable dishes. Even try steaming red potatoes with one tablespoon of fresh rosemary, add butter if you prefer, and serve!
